Attorney Sarah Casson

Attorney Sarah Casson received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated with honors and served as a Dean’s fellow and as a member of the UDSL Law Review. Sarah also holds undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Social Work and a master’s degree in teaching. Before joining Davis and Associates as the managing attorney for Cincinnati, Sarah worked as a teacher and as a social worker.

During law school, Sarah served as a law clerk for Meier & Barlow Law, where she focused on education law, special needs planning, and trial preparation. Sarah’s experience working with families makes her uniquely qualified to serve families facing a range of issues including divorce, child custody, parenting time, adoption, domestic violence, guardianship, and special education compliance.

Sarah brings years of professional and life experience to her practice of law and takes a collaborative and communicative approach with her clients. She embraces a client-centered, solution-focused approach to every case, and her goal in working with families is to provide peace of mind and ease of access to high-quality legal services.

Attorney Brendan Davis

Brendan Davis earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Miami School of Law. After managing a prominent consumer law firm across various regions, Brendan now applies his expertise to his own practice, focusing on protecting and enhancing his clients’ futures.

Throughout his career, Brendan has been a steadfast advocate for his clients, committed to providing high-quality, efficient, and accessible legal services.
